Commercial Advertisers
You are considered Commercial if you are representing a sole-trader, partnership or company and are selling goods in order to make a profit.
If you are using Printtrade.ie as a representative of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Use on behalf of that company or entity, and agree that the terms "you" and "your" in this agreement refers to your company or legal entity
Merchants are welcome to advertise on Printtrade.ie but must contact us first a to register an account with us. Any commercial account not officially registered with us will be deleted. We reserve the right to refuse or end subscription for any reason.
 
Fees
Some features on our website are subject to payment of a fee to Printtrade.ie (the "Fee"). The Fee is set out on our Website and displayed to you in the course of you offering to place an ad with us. The Fee for all Printtrade.ie Services is quoted and is payable in Euro. All prices are stated exclusive of valued added tax (VAT) at the relevant rate.
 
If your advert happens to be removed, it is our policynot to issue refunds. Please contact us if you need advice before placing an ad.
 
Fees may be paid using PayPal https://www.paypal.com/ie, and you will be subject to PayPal’s User Agreement. We are not responsible for PayPal’s services and you should separately review and confirm that you are agreeable to PayPal’s terms prior to instructing them to pay us.
